Joe O’Connor - Founder
“When you can ask any person that you see if they believe that tech addiction is an issue and the answer is a resounding YES, then it’s clear there needs to be a solution. Be Real World Social.”
Joe O’Connor is the founder of the Phone Hotel. A veteran salesperson and entrepreneur with thirty plus years experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, Joe understands the intersection of identifying industry gaps and creating product-based solutions to fill those gaps.
Joe learned his trade working for many years with large companies like Procter & Gamble and The Clorox Company selling products like household cleaning and food items to big box retailers.
Joe later left the corporate world and joined a duo of Ohio-based entrepreneurs to help develop the industry-shattering Spinbrush which they sold to Procter and Gamble. The team followed up the triumph of the Spinbrush by developing, marketing, and selling other successful companies. They sold Dish Doctor to Procter & Gamble and Shaveman to Schick.
Joe has a history of recognizing opportunities for market disruption, and in an era of unparalleled technological innovation, he believes the Phone Hotel is the missing link between the digital and real worlds that people need.
